The Regional Community Development Committee (RCDC) is an economic development committee composed of Smoky Lake County, the Town of Smoky Lake and the Village of Vilna.

The Committee invites our public and businesses to attend one of our regular meetings to find out more or contact us directly.

Meetings are held in person and virtually and the public is always welcome to attend.
